Mindfulness Matters this Holiday Season

The jovial scene was very familiar; a prettily-decorated but slightly more casual table, plates cleared after a feast of turkey, stuffing and sweet potatoes.  A low hum from the adults in the room over, the click-clack of forks and knives as the rest of the family ate off of fancy china.
